About the role
SkyNRG is driving the development of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to help the aviation industry transition to net-zero emissions. Our Commercial Team advances this mission by supplying SAF certificates (SAFc) to corporate partners seeking low-carbon solutions and contributing to the transformation of the aviation sector. You will contribute to improving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data quality, support back-end operations to ensure a seamless partner experience, and help generate insights that strengthen commercial activities and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- You will work on a portfolio of activities based on business priorities at that time. This could include:
- CRM data management: Maintain and improve CRM data quality, ensuring accurate and structured partner information.
- Partner operations support: Manage and support the operational back-end of the partner lifecycle, including invoicing, SAF reporting, certificate issuance, and data accuracy across systems.
- Market & customer analysis: Conduct research on partner segmentation, behavior, sustainability commitments (e.g., SBTi), and market trends.
- Data enrichment & insights: Assess and enrich internal and external data sources and translate findings into actionable insights for the commercial team.
- Lead generation projects: Assist with initiatives such as new lead-generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Performance tracking: Support analysis of commercial activities and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Your profile

- Master's student in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (enrolled for the full duration of the internship)
- Strong interest in sales, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Professional level of English, both written and spoken
- Full-time availability for a 6-month internship
- Strong interest in sustainability, climate tech, or aviation is a plus
