The Position Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介） Lead CE-ON event planning and execution excellence Lead strategic initiatives of AI and employee engagement Implement and track license-to-operate activities and optimize business process Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position) Lead Deliver cycle meeting, annual meeting, BTP -enabling meeting, and regular cross-function meeting to drive CE-ON's strategic priorities Elevate CE-ON employee engagement, motivation and recognition mechanisms through close collaborations with TA and cross-functions Spearhead Everyday AI to enhance employee efficiency and to drive strategic customer engagement Manage CE-ON budget planning, PO and ad-hoc finance analysis with the support of operational specialist Serve as PPoC (primary point of contact) in EBPG (Event Business Process Group) to continuously optimize the policies, processes and systems for operational efficiency Serve as PPoC to implement and track enterprise-level license-to-operate (e.g., legal & compliance) initiatives and regular requirements Support Proactively contribute to CE-ON People Strategy initiatives (e.g., leadership, capability building, hi-potential program) in collaborations with TA, RCA, P&C and P&OG Provide coaching to the operational specialist for the maintenance of internal communication content and key channels, event and meeting logistics Our therapeutic focus spans Ophthalmology and Neuroscience (ON). Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书 Master degree preferred Project management and/or operation management certificates preferred Event planning or internal communications, event management excellence, HR training experience is a plus Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力 Strong organizational and business acumen Strong communication skills and cross-functional teamwork Influencing skills High learning agility Accountability and self-motivated Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or business excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Proven record of excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results Fluent in both written and spoken English
