Planner II

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse to ensure material availability
• Monitor inventory levels, capacity, and lead times to optimize supply planning
• Analyze demand forecasts and adjust plans to minimize shortages and excess inventory
• Drive improvements in planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns
• Resolve supply chain disruptions and escalate risks proactively
• Support S&OP processes and provide regular planning reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of planning experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, and inventory control
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
