About the role

In this diverse and hands-on role, you will: Oversee and coordinate all financial administration processes, including direct debits, invoicing, billing, debt management and reporting. Lead, supervise and coach the administration team to build capability and deliver high-quality, consistent service. ABOUT YOU You are a proactive and solutions-focused professional with strong administrative leadership experience. You bring: Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in administration, operations, or customer service, Proven experience leading, supervising, and developing high-performing teams, Strong financial administration experience in a complex or membership -based environment, Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives, Experience working within governance and compliance frameworks, Strong analytical skills, with experience in data reporting and business insights, Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, and Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint *** This role requires a criminal history check, a First Aid and CPR certificate. Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is a multi-purpose venue offering health, fitness, aquatic, and sporting programs to the university and wider community. Our facilities include a 6-lane heated indoor pool, and an 8-lane outdoor heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. The centre features a fully equipped health club, group fitness classes, squash courts, gymnastics / aquatics programs and social sports. Macquarie University Sport Fields operates 7 days a week, our facilities include 5 professional playing fields which accommodates a variety of events, stadium lighting, canteen and BBQ areas, and change rooms.
