Role and Responsibilities Your Journey As a Commercial Trainee, you'll join one of our core business units for a two-year journey designed to prepare you for a future role in sales leadership. In your first year, you'll focus on product marketing, working on go-to-market strategies, market analysis, and commercial planning. In your second year, you'll transition into sales, managing key accounts and contributing directly to business growth. This traineeship stands out for its structured, cross-functional path, giving you end-to-end commercial exposure while building the skills and mindset of a strategic Account Manager. Rather than specializing too early, you'll gain a broad foundation across both marketing and sales. Throughout the program, you'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. By the end, you'll be ready to take on a high-impact role in our sales divisions, equipped with both strategic insight and customer focus. What are your assets As one of our Commercial Trainee you have strong communication skills and know how to convince others with your dedication, assertiveness and openness.
