Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and prepare offer and hiring documentation;
- Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate orientations, manage system access requests, and process exit documentation;
- Maintain employee records, update HR databases in HRIS, and prepare employment letters and HR documents;
- Track attendance and leave data, prepare payroll inputs, and coordinate with Payroll/Finance teams;
- Respond to basic HR inquiries, support policy implementation, and assist with employee communications;
- Assist in organizing employee engagement program or HR initiatives;
- Assisting with the administration and coordination of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Maintaining training records and track employee participation;
- Providing support to company Learning & Development initiatives and organisational programmes;
- Act as Local Learning Partner for Learning & Development within the entity or country responsible;
- Promotes and enables Workday Learning at the local level;
- Reporting from Workday Learning of local staff learning activities for management as required;
- Encourages the use of the Performance Evaluation (PPD) in Workday for identifying and recording individual training needs duals.
- Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience);
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative, HR support, or related role;
- Fresh graduates with strong internships or practical HR exposure may be considered;
- Experience supporting a multinational, culturally diverse, or international work environment is an advantage;
- Basic understanding of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and training administration;
- Basic awareness of labor laws and employment regulations applicable to daily HR operations;
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and standard HR documentation processes is required. Experience or exposure to Workday HRIS will be a strong advantage;
- The ability to coordinate activities, manage assigned tasks independently, and work effectively with managers, employees, and external partners under the direction of a more senior HR role;
- Having relevant HR certification or coursework is an advantage;
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication;
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with employees from diverse cultural and national backgrounds;
- Ability to work effectively with multinational stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
