  • More than 40 years of professional experience in impact finance, community development finance, public policy, applied research, or related fields.
  • Prior experience serving as Principal Investigator or senior project lead on externally funded grants or contracts.
  • Prior experience working with universities, sponsored programs offices, funders, contractors, and subrecipients.
  • Direct experience with grant-funded research, policy development, and community development finance initiatives.

USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Serve as Principal Investigator for the grant during the short-term appointment period. PIs are responsible for financial oversight of the project and compliance with relevant university policies and sponsor terms and conditions. Duties/Responsibilities Provide PI oversight for the grant during the appointment period. Monitor subrecipients and contractors to ensure project activities are completed in accordance with grant requirements. Review and verify contractor/subrecipient invoices for accuracy, allowability, and alignment with completed deliverables. Confirm that project deliverables and required activities have been completed. Review grant expenditures to ensure they are appropriate, allowable, and properly allocated to the award. Verify any required effort reporting or project-related documentation. Coordinate with Carsey administrative staff, Sponsored Programs, and project partners as needed to support grant closeout activities. Respond to questions related to project activities, deliverables, invoices, or expenses during the appointment period. Ensure remaining project activities are completed in compliance with sponsor and university
