Eligibility Criteria: Should have minimum 23 years as Trainer Strong knowledge in HIM Coding Excellent in verbal and written communication. Open for new learning Should have handled fresher & certification training Specialty knowledge in ED & EM must. Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA. Additional certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and access the training needs of the organization
  • Develop individual and group training programs for the associates that address specific operation needs
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods
  • Need to ensure that training is meeting current operation needs
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, management and client
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based for different specialties for fresher's and different curriculum for laterals
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
  • Plan & monitor Training initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of tracks.
