Start Your Career in Pharmaceuticals We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join Baxter's Oxford site as Production Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop a career in the pharmaceutical industry, with full training provided. You will play a key role in the preparation and inspection of compounded medicines, contributing directly to the production of high-quality healthcare products that make a real difference to patients' lives. This is a full-time, permanent position , working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of 7:00am - 3:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). As a Production Technician, you will: Work in a controlled cleanroom environment using manufacturing equipment and computer systems Collaborate with a team to produce high-quality medical products Meet tight production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance Carry out environmental monitoring activities Perform routine quality checks throughout the compounding process Accurately complete and manage production documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices Support various stages of manufacturing such as labelling, visual inspection, picking, preparation, and sanitisation
