Responsibilities

  • Support data quality, governance, and consistency standards across resilience reporting and documentation
  • Crisis Management & Coordination
  • Support crisis management and coordination activities related to events affecting personnel, office locations, and business operations
  • Assist with gathering, validating, and communicating information during incidents and disruptive events
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders and partner teams to support response activities, escalation processes, and operational communications
  • Contribute to post-event tracking, documentation, and follow-up actions that support continuous improvement and program readiness
  • Risk Assessment & Scenario Analysis
  • Support operational risk and resilience assessments across areas such as technology, personnel, facilities, and third-party dependencies
  • Support the development of data-informed recovery and resilience strategies
  • Assist with enterprise readiness reviews, scenario analysis, and related program activities
  • AI & Automation Integration
  • Support the use of approved automation and AI-enabled capabilities in plan reviews, analysis, and reporting activities
  • Help evaluate opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency
  • Contribute to the integration of approved automation capabilities into resilience processes, consistent with firm standards and governance requirements

Requirements

  • Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, connect information, and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development
  • Experience supporting process improvement, workflow enhancement, or automation initiatives, and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to different audiences
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across business, risk, and technology teams
  • Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new subject matter, tools, and processes
  • Preferred
  • Experience in enterprise resilience, operational risk, business continuity, or a related field for financial organizations
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled tools in a controlled business environment
  • Experience working with enterprise systems, structured data, or governance-driven processes
