Project Coordinator

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant site coordination experience will be considered.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore construction site practices and safety requirements.
• Good team player with a responsible working attitude.
• Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage.

Job Description & Requirements Job Description & Requirements Position: Project Coordinator Job Description: Coordinate and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. Prepare and submit project documents, reports, work schedules, site records, RFAs, material submissions, method statements, and other required documentation. Attend site meetings and follow up on comments, instructions, and outstanding issues. Coordinate material delivery, manpower arrangement, and site access requirements. Check site works and ensure they comply with approved drawings and project requirements. Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating with relevant parties for timely solutions. Monitor subcontractors' work progress and ensure quality standards are maintained. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.
