About the role

Location: Gul Plant / One North (Must be ok to travel both sites) Duration: 12m + 1m completion bonus Salary: Up to $6K Job Scope: Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies. Build strong talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within high-tech manufacturing and technology-driven environments. Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management throughout the hiring process. Job Requirements: Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline. Min. 5-6 years relevant experience in TA/ Recruitment in manufacturing industry Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms.
