As our new Senior Growth Operations Manager, you will:Drive strategic initiatives through execution. You will lead and support cross-functional initiatives, commercial programs, operational improvements, and other growth priorities, ensuring projects move from concept to execution with clear accountability, momentum, and measurable outcomes.Partner across the business. Compensation Range:
$130,000-$160,000

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations, we are hiring a Senior Growth Operations Manager. As our new Senior Growth Operations Manager, you will partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and executive leadership to drive key commercial initiatives, operational improvements, business growth programs, and strategic priorities from concept through execution. Acting as a strategic operator and execution partner, you will help drive initiatives that influence growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance globally while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role based out of our downtown Toronto office.
