What you will accomplish with us As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) , you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Act as a dedicated point of contact by establishing, developing, and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships. Participate in service meetings, administrative training sessions, and provide ongoing support to offer tailored solutions within optimal timelines. Deliver comprehensive training to clients on our products, tools, and services. Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and intervene effectively in conflict situations. Understand client needs and expectations and recommend solutions aligned with iA Financial Group's capabilities and service standards. Collaborate with the education team to develop communication plans that demonstrate the value of the education provided to plan members. Proactively communicate with clients to inform them about our products and services. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and actively participate in final presentations to prospective clients. Establish, maintain, and evolve the service model and strategies. Contribute to the success of the DCR team by sharing your knowledge and experience during internal meetings or workshops. What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: Holds a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor's degree in administration, insurance, finance, or another relevant field. Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in group insurance, in a client service and/or sales environment. Is recognized for their in-depth knowledge of processes, contracts, new business, claims, pricing, and administration in group insurance. Stands out for their excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a diverse clientele. Demonstrates a strong ability to quickly establish credibility and build trust with internal and external clients. Shows autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability. Has a good understanding of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen, DMS). Is recognized for strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrates excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills under pressure. Has experience managing relationships with clients and advisors. Is proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the person in this role will need to communicate, train, and support unilingual English-speaking clients and business partners on a daily basis.
