Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers.

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; experience in a tech or robotics environment will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo, MYOB).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of project accounting and inventory management in a manufacturing or technology setup.
  • Interest in robotics, automation, or emerging technologies.
