Blue Bridge Technologies has been in the business since 2007, and is the leading SaaS provider in Latvian healthcare and health insurance industries. We have established successful and well-maintained long-term cooperation and relationships with Latvian health insurance companies and healthcare institutions, including the largest, medium sized and niche players, e.g., general practitioners, dental care clinics, cardiology clinics etc. Our services are based on our proprietary software and IT solutions for business process automation and mobility, helping our clients save time and resources, e.g., physical paper forms. Our main products and services are SmartMedical, Health Insurance Settlements and doctor appointments' booking service Piearsta.lv . As we are growing and expanding our business, we'd like Latvian speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join our cohesive and professional team.

Responsibilities

  • Incident response and resolution or escalation to technical support
  • Coordination and processing of client support requests
  • Provide phone and email consultations, as well, as classroom and online training to the clients, related to efficient use of our services
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • The ideal candidate should be
  • Motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude
  • The ideal candidate should have
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a customer service representative or similar
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer empathy
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Accurate and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Native/excellent Latvian, basic English
  • Computer literacy

  • Experience with Linux/Unix console
  • Experience with SQL
