The FFE Specialist is a strategic contributor within the Business Excellence function, responsible for driving end-to-end sales force effectiveness across incentive compensation, CRM operations, field analytics, and commercial performance management . This role demands analytical rigor, digital fluency, and cross-functional agility to support data-driven decision-making and optimize field force productivity in an increasingly AI-enabled commercial environment. [ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES] 1. Incentive Compensation (IC) Management Design and execute incentive budget simulations, forecasts, and approval workflows in alignment with commercial strategy. Administer incentive calculations and manage the operation platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance. Validate incentive outputs, oversee payout authorization processes, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Operate monthly sales performance tracking leveraging wholesaler data pipelines and manage the sales analytics system. Administer sales recognition and reward programs, including scheme governance and continuous improvement. 2. Sales Force Automation (SFA) & CRM Operations Manage and continuously enhance CRM system performance, proactively resolving operational issues to ensure field force continuity. Administer field force organizational changes, including territory restructuring and vacancy lifecycle management. Oversee HCP OneKey data governance and provide operational support for master data accuracy. Produce structured data analyses and performance reports to enhance field productivity and commercial decision-making. 3. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) & Analytics Develop and implement data-driven customer targeting and segmentation frameworks aligned with brand strategy and portfolio priorities. Define, monitor, and communicate sales KPIs through structured performance review cycles with Sales leadership and Marketing stakeholders. Support technical deployment of SFE tools and ensure operational readiness across commercial systems. Leverage AI-powered analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI) to generate predictive insights and identify engagement opportunities. 4. Business Excellence (BE) & Performance Reporting Develop, validate, and present monthly performance reports supporting executive-level business reviews. Manage CRM and omnichannel dashboards, ensuring data quality, visualization accuracy, and stakeholder usability. Identify performance gaps and proactively surface insights to drive commercial improvement initiatives.
