Scope of Services Contractors may perform services including: Providing customer support through inbound phone and email interactions Assisting customers with product-related inquiries, including fit, materials, fabric care, and general product knowledge Supporting order placement, tracking, returns, and general account inquiries Addressing customer concerns using a solution-oriented and professional approach Delivering a customer experience aligned with premium retail standards Documenting interactions in designated systems as required for service delivery Following general service guidelines while adapting communication to meet individual customer needs Work Structure This is a contract-based independent contractor opportunity. Services are performed remotely Client support is primarily needed during operating hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Turkey Time Contractors indicate their availability within these hours and are offered work based on project needs and availability Work volume may vary and is not guaranteed Contractors may support up to full-time hours depending on business demand and individual availability Ideal Profile Native or near-native fluency in German Strong professional-level English communication skills (spoken and written) Experience in customer service, call center support, or customer-facing roles Retail or e-commerce experience preferred Comfortable managing both phone and written customer interactions Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Quiet, private workspace suitable for voice interactions Laptop provided
