About the role

As a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Engineering, you will be a key leader shaping and executing the future of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional infrastructure programs and projects, from initiation and planning to execution, ensuring delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with internal business lines to deeply understand their infrastructure needs, and collaboratively advocate and work towards building out scalable solutions with the infrastructure engineering team.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and financial models to ensure alignment between internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  • Identify and develop new internal processes and strategies to improve cross-functional team alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively communicate the infrastructure engineering teams goals, progress, risks and blockers to both leadership and internal business lines.
  • Drive centralization of spend transparency (forecast vs actual) to provide a top down view of Infrastructure spend to enable decisions for prioritization & tradeoffs.
  • Produce various reports to provide visibility and performance measurement of Infrastructure spend that connects technology investments to business value
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with third parties/vendors, overseeing procurement and negotiation.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure (e.g., networking, compute, storage, data centers, cloud infrastructure).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects and programs from inception to completion.
  • Experience with financial planning, modeling and management within an IT context, including cost transparency, show-back models, and unit cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • US Salary Range
  • $166,000 - $220,000 USD
