Home Remodel Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
• Build rapport and understand homeowner needs
• Design and present customized bath and shower remodeling solutions
• Guide customers through the process in a professional and consultative way
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from consultation to close
• Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius of your home

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or consultative sales experience preferred
• Confidence asking for the sale while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
• Ability to build trust and create a comfortable buying experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Availability for a rotating stable schedule:
• Week 1: Monday-Friday
• Week 2: Tuesday-Saturday
• Availability for appointment times at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
• Ability to run approximately 11 appointments per week (not guaranteed)

• Base salary with forgivable draw structure

Home Remodel Sales Representative | Base + Commission Grand Rapids, Lansing & Kalamazoo Areas | BathWorks of Michigan BathWorks of Michigan is growing fast, and we're hiring Home Remodel Sales Representative to help homeowners upgrade their bathrooms with premium bath and shower remodeling solutions. We're looking for customer-focused sales professionals who know how to build trust, guide homeowners through important decisions, and confidently close deals without being overly pushy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, relationship building, and delivering a great homeowner experience while still being motivated by performance and income growth. This is not cold calling or door knocking. We provide pre-set, high-intent appointments with homeowners already interested in learning more about our bath and shower remodeling solutions.
