About the role

Main tasks and responsibilities Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders Create & maintain project documentations & reports Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team Set-up project meetings and prepare MOM Other Responsibilities Supports Team Leader with adminstration tasks Creating monthly working hour tracking reports Maintaining internal team's administrative documentations Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Languages, ... during internship period No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage Eloquent in English and Japanese (N2 or above) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication and prioritization skills Patient and Willing to learn Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas Can work Independently Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility Receive competitive internship allowances Join department's outing activities Having 01 paid leave per month Lunch allowance, parking allowance Disclaimer: Bosch does not charge any fees from candidates for interview participation under any circumstances.
