Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide employees with the necessary tools and training to enhance job performance and success
• Build and maintain long-term business partnerships with key clients to drive sales growth
• Analyze reports from managers to identify improvement areas and new opportunities to increase market share
• Establish and enforce company policies on customer relations, sales techniques, and ethical standards
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and staff promoted to new roles to ensure readiness
• Monitor employee performance against goals and compliance with company policies to maintain high standards
• Manage and coach a team to ensure effective job performance and achievement of sales targets
• Review customer orders and inventory levels to confirm customer needs are fully met
• Conduct market research to discover new growth opportunities within the industry
