Responsibilities

  • Facilitate project/team planning and delivery activities, including but not limited to-backlog/scope definition and refinement, prioritization, planning, estimation, demos, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Partner with management to remove impediments, resolve conflicts and issues that occur to ensure project and program velocity.
  • Monitor metrics defined by the leadership to measure, develop and execute plans to improve maturity.

  • To be considered for this position, you must have:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/executed in various methodologies/or phases.
  • Demonstrated excellence in change management and coaching others.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the enterprise including external vendors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
  • The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.
