We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects internationally, ensuring successful execution from a technical, financial, and operational standpoint. What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to): Overall responsibility for project delivery of thermal energy storage projects. Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment with overall company goals. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Implement strategies to maintain project schedules and budgets while minimizing risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, engineering, supply chain, finance, and legal departments as well as clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. Act as a primary point of contact for clients. Coordinate interfaces between contractors, vendors, consultants and 3rd parties involved in the project. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team responsible for the delivery of energy storage projects from FEED & permitting through to commissioning. Develop and communicate a clear project vision, strategy, and objectives. Help coordinate the site team (internal and/or outsourced). Champion a culture of safety and quality, ensuring that all projects adhere to EPC contract requirements, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Prepare and present regular project status reports to the executive team and key stakeholders. Provide insights into project performance and recommendations for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project delivery process, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, quality and lower cost.
