Shipping Receiving Operator

Requirements

• -GED or equivalent.
• -Minimum of (3) years of experience in a manufacturing shipping environment, both loading and unloading trucks.
• -Minimum of (3) years of experience working on sit down forklift, for at least 6 hours a day.
• -Basic computer knowledge, able to use ERP and Microsoft programs for paperwork generation, load planning, and inventory management.
• -Able to lift maximum of 50 lbs.
• -Able to follow directions as instructed.
• -Time management skills with ability to adjust with changes.

Job Requisition #: 034346 Shipping Receiving Operator (Open) Job Description: Job Requirements: -Check outbound orders for defects and accuracy according to order specs. -Prepare BOLs, COAs, and other shipping paperwork. -Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand, pallet jack, and forklift. -Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information. -Ensure safe and accurate loading of box trailers or other delivery vehicles. -Unload raw materials from inbound trucks or other delivery vehicles. -Verify accuracy and product specifications of orders received. -Assists with month end inventory. -Manage warehouse space, organization, 5S, and cleanliness. -Any other duties as needed. -Maintain forklift certification.
