Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, or related fields
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail or corporate office interiors or renovation industries
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset to drive project success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
• Ability to perform under tight schedules and pressure to meet project deadlines
• Applicants with more experience may be considered for a Managerial position

Job Summary Manage and coordinate retail and corporate interior fit-out projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external contractors to drive successful project outcomes. What you do Lead on-site project management activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope Communicate effectively with contractors to define work scope, monitor progress, and adjust work schedules as needed Develop detailed quotations and job schedules to support project planning and execution Prepare and manage project budgets and billing processes to maintain financial control Coordinate tasks between internal teams and contractors to facilitate seamless project workflows Implement quality control measures and oversee contractor rectifications to meet established standards Monitor daily work progress and resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum Verify on-site dimensions against design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate closely with sales teams, clients, and suppliers to address project-related concerns and ensure stakeholder alignment
