What we're looking for; Large dataset analysis and statistics to identify cost control and cost reduction. Support development and maintenance of databases that can be used for invoice validation, cost reconciliation and supplier portfolio management. Maintenance and distribution of relevant information and reports to stakeholders. Producing and keeping up to date documentation pertaining to reporting, data pipelines and databases. Responding to incoming queries on reports and various data requests. Interrogating and validating datasets in development environments to ensure they match source data and requirements. Maintain procedures and controls required to manage the datasets. Interact on a regular basis with the front, middle and back office. Ensure on-time validation of group expenditure or incomes from electricity supply agreements and incentives through a dedicated invoice validation system. Produce and maintain documentation on invoice validation system. Timely provision of information to front-office and operational teams to manage Group energy contract negotiations.
