Job Summary Ready to take People Analytics beyond reporting and drive real business impact? As a Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics , you will play a pivotal role in scaling an established foundation into a more advanced, insight-driven capability that informs decision-making across HR . In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of data pipelines and build automated data solutions for HR, using tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform, while delivering high-quality Power BI dashboards that translate complex HR data into clear, relevant insights for the business and HR leaders. You will partner closely with HR, IT, business, and global stakeholders to elevate how data is delivered and used to inform strategic priorities and organizational outcomes. Working with complex datasets, you will build scalable data solutions that strengthen the way data is understood, adopted, and applied across the business. Principal Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and automated workflows across systems such as Workday, Snowflake, and reporting platforms, leveraging tools including Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient HR data solutions Lead the development and evolution of enterprise HR dashboards and reporting solutions, creating high-quality Power BI dashboards that deliver accurate, relevant insights and support both recurring reporting and executive-level requests Analyze complex workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, translating findings into clear, business-relevant outputs that inform decision-making across HR and leadership teams. Partner and provide technical guidance to HR, IT and external partners to enhance reporting capabilities, implement data solutions, and improve system integrations aligned with evolving analytics needs. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance by proactively identifying and resolving data issues and supporting regulatory and internal reporting requirements. Enable scalable, self-service analytics capabilities by developing user-friendly tools, establishing best practices, and supporting stakeholders in effectively leveraging dashboards and reports. Drive continuous improvement across People Analytics, supporting the transition from established reporting foundations to more advanced, insight-driven analytics capabilities while advancing data practices and overall analytics maturity across the function. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in data or technical analytics roles Plus 2+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, workforce analytics, HRIS reporting, or related analytical functions Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query data modelling, and large dataset management. Advanced expertise in Power Query, including complex data transformations, SQL, and automation of multi-source data workflows. Strong experience working with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platforms for querying and managing large datasets. Strong experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI. Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and reporting methodologies. Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences. The compensation for this position is between $81,300 - $101,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
