Special Mentions: Relocation provided Travel expected up to 15% of the time Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead a team of technical program managers responsible for driving Vertical Integration initiatives from idea or demand generation, business case approval, and through final commissioning Primary focal across all of Blue Operations leading planning and readiness for Vertical Integration across the enterprise including cross-Business Unit alignment Manage the company Vertical Integration roadmap Develop and communicate schedule, budget, and rate readiness adherence to senior executive and peers Engage with make/buy, direct procurement, manufacturing and operations, and design engineering to drive in-sourcing plans to completion on-time to support low and high rate production Ensure review of in-source initiatives to ensure they align with company strategic goals and financial benefit ensuring positive return on investment
