This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional sports operations, while contributing directly to key initiatives throughout the 2026 season. As the Business Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of Toronto FC & Toronto Argonauts matches at BMO Field, assisting with a variety of research tasks, and supporting day-to-day business operations across both teams. MLSE's Internship term dates are from September 8, 2026 - December 18, 2026 Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at BMO Field in 2026 Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as ticketing, stadium operations, and partnerships to ensure seamless event delivery Support vendor coordination, scheduling, equipment management, and event-day logistics Work with the Senior Manager, Business Operations to provide comprehensive operational support to Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts throughout the 2026 season Contribute to game day setup, team needs, and on-site execution Help with internal reporting, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure all aspects of the operations run smoothly Conduct market research, benchmarking, and analysis to support business planning and team growth initiative.
