AI Operations Lead

About the role

We're looking for someone to: - Support TSMP's efforts to ensure the consistent, measurable, and effective use of approved AI tools across the firm and its practice groups - Act as the primary liaison between legal teams and technology providers; gather and clarify requirements, and oversee the testing of proposed solutions to minimise disruption to workflows - Manage the firm's AI vendors, including the scheduling and organisation of expert-led training sessions - Drive the knowledge management needs for the firm's AI stack, from maintaining technical documentation and user guides to resolving day-to-day practitioner queries The Firm TSMP Law Corporation is a boutique commercial law firm specialising in complex corporate transactions and high-impact dispute resolution.
