- You demonstrat e ability to drive change and continuously improve team performance
- You have e xcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions
- You have proactive mindset with openness to change and continuous improvement in ways of working
- You are f lluent in English; additional European language skills are considered an advantage
- You have experience working in or with a shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment, and experience or knowledge of the timber industry is considered a strong asset
