Responsibilities
- Analyzes, audits, validates, and prepares control totals from the timekeeping solution for payroll processing in accordance with the payroll schedule. Run standard reports to identify exception time situations.
- Prepare and upload necessary pay components to support weekly, biweekly and/or monthly processing.

- Develops close working relationships with internal partners such as the Finance & Accounting teams, Benefits, IT, etc. to quickly resolve issues and handle special requests.
- Assist in audits related to payroll and timekeeping processing and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of payroll experience demonstrates a strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experienced WorkDay Time Tracking, Absence & Payroll required.
- Demonstrate strong customer services skills.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Displays a customer focused work ethic with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills, and the capacity to complete tasks on time.
- Assist in audits related to payroll and timekeeping processing and provide necessary documentation.
