Requirements

  • You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
  • Advanced English
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, STEM, related fields, or 2+ years of experience in similar roles in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, relevant experience can be:
  • HR Shared Services, HR Administration, and/or HR Contact Center fields
  • MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)
  • HR systems (Workday, Genesys, SAP, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with:
  • Process improvement and/or project management certification.
  • Supporting HR services in more than one region.
  • Processes/systems automation experience.
