Supervisory Facilities Operations Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAS KEY WEST. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices to provide a wide range of engineering , electrical, civil, structural and mechanical functions dealing with the maintenance, repair, and construction of real property facilities; 2) Developing plans for construction, renovation and improvements of real property facilities for major installations and complexes at diverse locations; 3) Exercising knowledge of facility operations, utilities, communication systems and maintenance requirements ; 4) Providing facility data and planning work essential for obtaining funding for facility construction and repair projects.
