  • Account Oversight and Review: Reviews documents and account activity for accuracy and completeness, monitors transactions, and submits actions for approval as appropriate .
  • Client Support : Responds to client, beneficiary, and advisor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of routine requests.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Ensures adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, escalating issues as appropriate .
  • Issue Resolution: P artners with senior team members to address client issues, including distribution requests, fee inquiries, and account-related matters. .
  • Account Lifecycle Management: Assists with account openings and closings, ensuring proper documentation, asset transfers, and accurate setup of account and tax reporting information.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Works closely with internal teams and senior administrators to support account management and client service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Participates in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery to clients.
  • Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team's and the company's mission.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree required .
  • 3-5 years of experience in trust administration, financial services, or a related client service role.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Qualified candidates will possess an intermediate degree of proficiency (typically from 3- 5 years of work or practical experience), in:
  • Fiduciary Knowledge: Basic understanding of trust administration principles and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to review documentation and monitor account activity with accuracy.
  • Client Service: Ability to support client and partner needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Risk and Compliance Awareness: Understanding of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
