Role overview Join a driven team focused on making every project more efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved. As a Project Delivery Director at Osedea, you are responsible for turning complexity into clarity. You ensure projects move forward with the right balance of strategy, structure, and adaptability. You understand what clients are trying to achieve, help shape the right path forward, and guide multidisciplinary teams toward meaningful outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional project management. You are expected to lead delivery across a variety of innovation mandates, from discovery phase with design to software, AI, and robotics initiatives. You are comfortable navigating uncertainty, managing risk, challenging assumptions, and helping both clients and teams make better decisions. You will work closely with clients, technical leads, designers, and internal stakeholders to keep delivery aligned, ambitious, and realistic. You will also play an important role in evolving how we deliver projects at Osedea.
