We are looking for an experienced Senior Storage Administrator to manage and ensure the reliability of our backup and recovery environments across three sites . Your role: Manage and operate IBM TSM / Storage Protect environments (10 servers) Ensure data backup, recovery, retention policies, and system health Troubleshoot incidents, perform restores, and maintain documentation Propose improvements, procedures, and best practices Work closely with Infrastructure, DBA, and Security teams Participate in on-call rotation (CET timezone) Required experience & skills: Minimum 5 years in a similar role Strong expertise in IBM TSM / Storage Protect (v8+) on AIX & Linux Advanced knowledge of backup, archives, tape libraries, and DB2 (SQL) Experience with VMware, NDMP, S3 Scripting skills: Shell, Python, SQL Good communication skills; able to collaborate and train users English level B2-C1
