Commercial Specialist

Responsibilities

• You'll support our Vendor Managers in managing supplier relationships and ensuring commercial accuracy, including:
• Reconciling telecoms services billed vs. actual usage
• Auditing vendor invoices, internal systems, and supplier inventories
• Liaising with Vendors to close out any queries in relation to invoices or inventory
• Supporting budget management and ensuring appropriate spend
• Monitoring renewal dates and ensuring contract alignment with customers
• Advising internal teams on cost control and PO values
• Identifying opportunities for cost avoidance and process efficiency

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective communication (written, oral, and presentation)
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to grasp and apply key contract terms (renewals, termination, pricing)
• Curious, proactive attitude-willing to challenge the status quo
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding (or willingness to learn) telecom products/services
