Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; third-level qualification in Polymer, Biomedical, Mechanical, Design Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience: 4+ years in new product introduction, manufacturing, quality, or process engineering, preferably in catheter manufacturing
- Skills: Strong project management, cross-functional communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD (2D/3D), Green Belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with catheter manufacturing processes (extrusion, molding, balloon forming, braiding, packaging, assembly)
