As an experienced Social Worker, you will play a key role in conducting assessments, managing complex cases, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children. You'll benefit from flexible working arrangements, regular supervision, and a collaborative team environment. What will your responsibilities be? Deliver statutory social work services in line with legislation and local authority procedures. Undertake assessments and develop care plans that place the child's voice at the center of decision-making. Provide direct intervention to support families in crisis or at risk of breakdown. Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to implement effective support plans. Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports. Participate in supervision and reflective practice sessions.
