Lead Electrician

Requirements

• - Journeyman or Master Electrician capability preferred, with strong field leadership experience.
• - Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work.
• - Able to read plans, assess field conditions, and identify material and labor needs.
• - Able to lead helpers and apprentices while maintaining quality and safety.
• - Strong judgment, accountability, and communication in fast-moving field conditions.
• - Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Our client is looking for a Lead Electrician who is accountable for running assigned electrical work in the field from mobilization through completion. This role creates value by delivering safe, code-compliant, high-quality work, keeping jobs moving on schedule, leading helpers and apprentices effectively, communicating job status clearly, and minimizing callbacks and rework. The Lead Electrician is the field owner of execution on assigned jobs. That includes planning day-to-day work, identifying material and labor needs, checking quality before leaving the site, maintaining safety standards, and making sure the office and leadership team have the information needed to manage the business well.
