Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in Hospital/ NHS Ability to be flexible with a rota Able to work 4 night shifts per month Undertaken a relevant phlebotomy course and current clinical practice in this area Evidence of continuous professional development Relevant orthopaedic experience Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems Basic understanding of patient care issues in day surgery. Be able to demonstrate knowledge of NMC professional code of conduct and its application. Understanding of fundamentals of nursing care and ability to deliver a high standard of individualised care. Up to date clinical skills Ability to work as part of a team and some experience of managing a small team. Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
