Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top talent through global competitions (e.g., ICPC, IMC, Supercomputing competitions, International Science Olympiads) and premier academic conference programs
- Lead talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across the APAC region (based in Singapore; coverage includes Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, UAE, etc.).
- Develop and execute campus recruitment and internship hiring strategies, especially for technical/R&D roles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Represent the company in global academic and talent events, strengthening employer branding and visibility among top universities and institutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven experience in campus recruitment and internship hiring (experience hiring for R&D roles is a strong plus).
- Experience organizing employer branding initiatives or talent engagement events (e.g., campus talks, hackathons, competitions) preferred.
- Strong network and relationship management skills, particularly with university faculty and academic institutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication and coordination with local and China-based counterparts, stakeholders, and clients.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
- Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure; Frequent travel is required for this role due to business and operational needs.
