Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top talent through global competitions (e.g., ICPC, IMC, Supercomputing competitions, International Science Olympiads) and premier academic conference programs
  • Lead talent attraction and recruitment initiatives across the APAC region (based in Singapore; coverage includes Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, UAE, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven experience in campus recruitment and internship hiring (experience hiring for R&D roles is a strong plus).
  • Experience organizing employer branding initiatives or talent engagement events (e.g., campus talks, hackathons, competitions) preferred.
  • Strong network and relationship management skills, particularly with university faculty and academic institutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication and coordination with local and China-based counterparts, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure; Frequent travel is required for this role due to business and operational needs.
