Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions Adhere to all health and safety regulations Excellent communication abilities in both verbal and written form Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel setting Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Keen attention to detail in all aspects of service Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred Food handling certification (may be provided by the employer) Knowledge of wines and cocktails is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Atractivo plan de incentivos.
