- Essential Duties:
- Support the development of Dreamscape Learn virtual reality experiences through project coordination, administrative support, and operational activities.
- Support a structured, organized, collaborative, and productive experience for student working learners embedded within the production team.
- Coordinate with production management and department leads to identify appropriate student tasks and ensure work deliverables are clearly documented, assigned, and reviewed.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, deliverables, communications, and task tracking to ensure work remains organized, visible, and on track.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, capturing action items, and following up with responsible team members.
- Serve as a central point of communication and help maintain visibility into project progress, feedback cycles, priorities, and status updates.
- Maintain and support project management systems (e.g., Coda) used for tracking student work, schedules, hours, onboarding progress, tasks, and project visibility.
- Support hiring and onboarding logistics for student working learners, including communication, onboarding coordination, and required setup activities.
- Monitor student schedules, submitted hours, workload, and progress through updates, meetings, task reviews, and status reporting to maintain visibility, promote accountability, and proactively identify blockers, risks, or incomplete work.
- Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
- NOTE : This is an in-person, hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Tempe, Arizona.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Evidence of project management training or certification, such as PMP, CAPM, or any equivalent professional development.
- Experience working in creative production, digital media, game development, virtual reality, or emerging technology environments.
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum-based workflows, including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, retrospectives, and iterative development.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines
