The Device Deployment & Encryption Manager role leads a shipping and receiving team while overseeing a highly secure encryption facility that provides key injection services for major POS equipment. It requires deep technical expertise in PCI PIN Security compliance, encryption key management, and HSM operations to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient support of the POS device lifecycle. - Manage a team of associates in the shipping and deployment department. - Purchase new equipment and terminal supplies to ensure the necessary stock is available at time of deployment. - Provide a monthly executive summary report of departmental productivity and activities. - Coordinate changes, enhancements, and updates with superiors, peers, and team members as needed. - Develop new departmental policies, procedures, and workflows to increase productivity, quality, and timeliness. - Participate in the interviewing, hiring, mentoring, training, counseling, and termination of associates.
