Responsibilities

• Perform a range of beauty treatments including:
• o Facial treatments
• o Hair removal (waxing, threading)
• o Manicures and pedicures
• o Skin care consultations
• o Basic makeup application
• o Body treatments (optional)
• Analyze client skin types and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace and treatment areas.
• Sterilize tools and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Keep accurate client records and treatment history.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty industry.
• Promote and sell salon/spa products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid state/national beautician license (if applicable).
• Proven work experience as a beautician or in a similar role.
• Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good communication and time management.
• Attention to detail and hygiene.
• Sales ability for promoting products and services.
