About the role

We are looking for a Digital Integration Product Consultant to join the Digital Bridge product team. This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle of integration requests - from intake and business case validation through prioritisation, delivery oversight, and adoption. The position plays a key role in helping the team scale by bringing structure, clarity, and AI-enabled approaches to a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will work closely with IT, Digital, Product, and Commercial teams, navigating changing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic context, with a genuine interest in learning and applying AI and modern digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support the intake of integration requests , clarifying business needs , objectives, scope, and success criteria
  • Define and validate business requirements, customer or partner journeys, and required data flows
  • Apply structured and AI-assisted approaches to improve intake quality, prioritisation, and delivery efficiency
  • Support prioritisation and delivery oversight, ensuring alignment with business cases, timelines, and success criteria
  • Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns
  • Collaborate across IT, Digital, Product, and Commercial teams to coordinate inputs and drive initiatives forward
  • Support business adoption and outcome validation, ensuring delivered solutions are understood and used

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in IT, Digital, Product, Business Analysis, or Consulting roles
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured and clear requirements
  • Familiarity with customer or partner journey mapping and data flow definition
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and modern digital tools, with willingness to grow AI fluency
  • Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative team mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and curiosity
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in English
