IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Coordinates and integrates policies, technologies and tools with KM supported applications to ensure information security, scalability and compatibility with enterprise KM systems within the US Navy and DoD information enterprise long range plans. 3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Identifies, determines, structures, shared and controls knowledge to maximize accessibility and availability for the non-homogenous needs of NIWC PAC.
